"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 to 6 cans White Albacore Tuna
4 to 6 boiled eggs peeled and chopped
½ large red or white onion diced small pieces
½ cup sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons mustard
2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
The key to this tuna salad is to mash and drain all liquid off of tuna. I open can and leave metal lid loose on the can and press the lid into tuna, mashing out all liquid. Peel eggs and chop into medium-sized pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl with the tuna and diced egg. Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I sometimes Butter two slices of bread. Spread tuna on the side without butter. Put sandwich together and grill in skillet with butter slices on outside. Grill until brown on both sides. Favorite from Bush Drug store.
