16 oysters, drained and reserve the liquid
4 cups cream corn
3 cups crushed soda crackers
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup cream (or milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add crackers, season with salt and toast. When done put half the mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish and set the other aside. Pour cream corn over the cracker mixture, layer the oysters over the corn and top with the remaining crackers. Mix the cream, reserved oyster juice and salt & pepper. Pour over the top and bake at 375 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
