1/2 cup butter
1 lb. bacon, crumbled for topping
1 lg. onion, diced
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 lg. bell pepper
4 cups cubed potatoes
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups water
6 cups sweet corn
1 cup diced ham
2 cups milk


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onions, green chilies and bell pepper. Cook until tender then add the potatoes, salt, pepper and water. Cook until the potatoes are tender. While the potatoes are cooking, fry bacon to crumble and set aside. It will be used just before serving. Make a puree of 2 cups corn and1 cup milk. When potatoes are done add the puree and remaining ingredient. Add bacon just before serving.
