8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
1 T. finely minced onion
1 c. chopped pecans
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, onion, worcestershire sauce, 1 T. of the pecans and 1 tsp. parsley. Mix together well. (I use my hands). Form into ball. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until firm. Before serving mix remaining pecans and parsley together. Roll firm cheese ball in pecan and parsley to coat. Serve with ritz cracers.
