your choice of, chopped onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and lettuce
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh Italian hoagie rolls
Velveeta Cheese Sauce OR provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shred meat with spatula while seasoning and cooking in a large frying pan or over a grill.
2. Sear in frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms mid-way.
4. Warm fresh hoagie roll in oven or on stove-top.
5. Once the meat is cooked shut the burner off, and toss in your tomatoes, and lettuce and mix it all up.
6. Spread cheese sauce on the bun OR layer provolone cheese on top of steak to melt.. Place all ingredients in hoagie roll.

I personally prefer provolone on my cheese steak, but many prefer Velveeta Cheese sauce like "Geno's"
