1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 tsp sugar
1 1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
5 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Mix corn meal, salt and sugar together. Scald with boiling water. Add melted butter.
3. Beat eggs; add milk. Combine mixtures together.
4. Add baking powder.
5. Pour into oiled 9x13 baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
