1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 pkg bean sprouts (fresh, washed/dried)
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
toasted almonds (optional)
1/2 cup celery chopped
1 package of ichiban noodles

Dressing:
3 tbsp soya sauce
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
spice from ichiban soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad together, sprinkle on toasted almonds. Put ichiban noodles on salad last before serving.
