2/3 cup Panko
1/3 cup coconut flaked
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 1/2 lb ground chicken
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp small basil leaves
1 tbsp chopped green onion
dash crushed red pepper
2 tbsp orange uice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp water
1 1/2 tsp mirin (sweet rice wine)

Mix all ingredients together for meatballs, form balls and bake.

Mix all ingredients for sauce together and refrigerate.
