5 oz animal crackers
3 Tbsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
4 Tbsp unsalted melted butter

Filling
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
6 Tbsp Minute Maid frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
4 large egg yolks
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 tsp grated lemon zest
6 Tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Whipped cream

Directions:

Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Process animal crackers with sugar and salt, in a food processor - about 30 seconds.
Add the melted butter and pulse until combined.
Transfer buttered crumbs into a 9 inch pie plate. Form a crust using the bottom of a metal measuring cup. Build sides up to the rim.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cook for at least 30 minutes.

Filling
Whisk together all filling ingredients, until nicely combined.
Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes (center should have a little jiggle)
Allow pie to cool.
Covered with a piece of greased plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
