Sea Salt/Table Salt (Do Not Use Margarita Salt)

Rim martini glass with salt (use water, NOT lime juice). Shake ingredients with ice and strain into salted martini glass. Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of caramel sauce into bottom of glass.
