Ingredients:  
Baking potatoes enough to each person
Petite Jean thick sliced Bacon one slice for each potato
Onion diced enough for each potato
Heavy duty foil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash baking potatoes; do not peel. Slice a large wedge out of top of potato. Fill hollowed out potato with chopped onion. Cover with one thick slice of Petite Jean bacon. Place on heavy duty foil and wrap potato folding up so no juice will leak out of packet. Place all wrapped potatoes on large cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350º for one hour or until done. Or cook on campfire coals until done.
