Bread - 6 cups (1” cubes)
Dairy Dairy Powdered Milk - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Brown Sugar - 1 cup
Melted Butter - 1 cup
Eggs - 4 Large (beaten)
Condensed Milk - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
Nutmeg - 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Mixed Fruit - 3/4 cup
Raisins - 1 cup

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place bread in a bowl and set aside.
3. Mix together all other ingredients in another bowl.
4. Pour mixture over bread and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
5. Spay a baking pan with nonstick spray.
6. Pour bread mixture into baking pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set.
