1 to 2 pounds hamburger meat
1 medium onion diced
1 egg
1 cup white rice
salt and pepper
optional: celery and/or parsley flakes add flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large stew pan fill half full with hot water bring to boil while mixing meatballs. Mix hamburger, onion, egg, rice and salt and pepper. Form into balls and drop into boiling water. Cook for about one hour. (just simmer) after reaching boiling point. Optional add celery or parsley leaves to boiling water as meatballs cook.
