Ingredients:  
1 large bag Frozen spinach leaves (not chopped) or 1 bag of fresh spinach leaves
2 Tablespoons butter
2 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet add chopped green onion and chopped clove of garlic on medium heat. When onion is tender pour spinach into hot skillet. Spinach will wilt. When spinach has wilted push spinach to side of pan and pour beaten egg in skillet. Cook egg scrambling it in the spot you poured it. When egg has been scrambled mix gently with spinach in skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
