Ingredients:  
Pint of baby Bella mushrooms sliced
2 TBS vegetable oil
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Small container of heavy cream
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 cloves crushed garlic
can also add sautéed asparagus cut in one inch pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

Box of bow tie or penne pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as per package directions
Heat oil in pan and add mushrooms and onion,sauté until soft and slightly golden. Add crushed garlic and thyme.
Cook for additional 2 to 3 minutes, then add heavy cream and reduce. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with pasta.
