1 lb thinly sliced steak or chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg. Ramen noodles & seasoning pkg.
1 onion chopped
1 pkg mushrooms
1 bunch Asparigus
1 knob of ginger graded
Sauce:
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 T. rice wine vinagar
3 T. soy sauce
rest of ginger
1 tsp garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ramen noodles until partially done. In a large frying pan, heat 2 T. sesame oil and 1 T. olive oil. Saute onion, garlic, 1/2 of ginger and cook until onion is sweated. Then add meat and lightly brown and then add veggies, cook until tender crisp. Put into a bowl. Then in the pan add sauce ingredients: sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and the rest of the ginger and rice wine vinegar. Get that hot and add the noodles mix until well covered and then add veggie meat mixture, sprinkle seasoning pkg, toss and serve.
