1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 CAN SHOEPEG CORN, DRAINED
1 CAN FRENCH STYLE GREEN BEANS, DRAINED
1 PKG, RITZ CRACKERS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE
1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
1 LB. BROWNED GROUND BEEF
1 STICK BUTTER

Directions:
MX FIRST EIGHT INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL.
PUT IN A 9 X 13 BAKING DISH.
CRUSH CRACKERS AND MIX WITH BUTTER.
SPREAD OVER TOP OF CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE BUBBLES.
