25 or so large fresh strawberries

8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
2 TBS vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry strawberries. Set aside. Melt the chocolate and oil in a heavy sauce pan over low heat.

Take off of heat and dip strawberries in chocolate then place on waxed paper to cool. Keep in refrigerator.
