Equal parts of sour cream, mayo, and dijon mustard

1 TBS each of tarragon, basil, dill
Fresh lemon juice ( around a TBS)

Capers

Mix everything but the capers and place in pretty bowl. Place capers in another small bowl.

Delicious with smoked salmon or a salmon bagel.
