1 Brie
1 package Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry
Strawberry preserves (can use other flavors of preserves)
¼ chopped walnuts

Egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Defrost puffed pastry
Wrap Brie in 2 oversized cut circles of pastry large enough to cover all the Brie. Before covering top, place 4 TBS of strawberry preserves and the chopped nuts. Top and bottom sealed with egg wash.

Create fork vents in top circle. Brush top and sides with egg wash.

Bake 25 minutes at 400º until golden brown. Let cool 45 minutes before serving.

* Brie must be unpunctured and pastry completely sealed. Can also do decorations on top like holly berries.
