2 eggplants
4 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
1Savoie's dressing mix
Salt and pepper to taste
8 cups cooked rice
2 lbs of onions
3 bell peppers
5 stalks celery
3 cups beef broth
small box bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Sauteed chopped vegetables. Add meat. Cook down till all of
the liquids boil out. let meat fry a little. Stir frequently. Add broth
and bring to a boil. Season to taste. In a large bowl mix rice &
meat mixture. Stuff peppers and place of trays. Add 1/4 cup water
to the pan. cover with foil and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 350º.
Remove and dust with bread crumbs and bake another 30 mins.
