8 ounces pork sausage
cup all purpose flour
2 ⅓ cup half water half evaporated milk
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat, stirring until crumbled and done. Remove sausage to paper towel. Leave 3 Tablespoons of grease in pan. Stir flour into hot drippings until smooth. Cook 1 minute. Pour milk all in at once stir continuously, until gravy thickens 5-7 minutes. Stir in sausage and seasonings.
