12 ounces fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
Zest of one orange

Directions:
Directions:
Warm cranberries in saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in sugar and orange juice and cook until sugar is melted and berries begin to burst (4 - 6 minutes). Stir again, add orange zest and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover pan, and allow to cool. Refrigerate until cold (about 2 hours).
