1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9-inch loaf pan.

Using small mixer, whip butter, sugar and salt together until creamed. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat well until fully incorporated (no lumps). Add blueberries and gently mix by hand, making sure not to crush blueberries until mixture is evenly distributed. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until done. Allow pan to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
