Ingredients:  
2 bags Brown-berry onion and sage cubed stuffing
Pepperidge Farms bread crumbs
1 can chicken broth ( or more depending on dryness)
1 egg
1 stick butter
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 chopped sweet onion
3 sticks celery- chopped
Black pepper to taste
2 Italian spicy sausages
3 lbs ground sausage (chicken or regular)
1 lb ground sirloin beef
1 package of Yoder’s prepared potatoes or Trader Joe’s frozen mashed potato pellets

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and meats, add other ingredients.
After it’s well mixed, add Brown-berry cubes (one cup at a time), egg and lastly the prepared potatoes (as per package instructions). Mix everything slowly. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes in greased casserole dish.

Can be refrigerated and reheated in oven at 350º until hot.
