2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, well-drained
¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
2 cups finely chopped pecans, reserve ½ cup

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1½ cups pecans, pepper and remaining ingredients. Chill until workable. Form into 2 balls. Roll in the remaining ½ cup of nuts. Can be made several weeks ahead of time and frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator.
