One 27-29 oz can pumpkin
6 eggs, beaten
1½ TBS pumpkin pie spice mix
Dash of salt
2 cups of sugar

Topping:

Box of yellow cake mix
9 TBS soft butter
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix pumpkin, eggs, spice, salt and sugar and put into greased 9 x 13 greased pan. Combine cake mix and butter, sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake for one hour at 350º. Serve with whipped cream
