1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
⅓ cup of oil
1 can cream corn
2-3 jalapeno peppers diced
1 onion diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound beef, cooked and drained well.

Directions:

Mix altogether and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
