2 large cans of chicken breast chunks or boil 3 to 4 large chicken breast and chunk
1 stick butter
2 cups Ritz crackers, crumbled
8 ounces sour cream
cream of chicken soup
to cups of chicken broth
Optional: 2 Tablespoons Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Spoon of mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly with chicken. Mix sour cream, broth, soup, optional poppy seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken done.
