6 chicken breasts cooked and cut into chunks
1 stick butter
2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
8 ounces sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
2 Tablespoons Poppy seeds
Optional: 1 small package of slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, poppyseeds and 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers. Press into greased
9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sour cream, soup, (optional slivered almonds) and cooked diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Spread chicken mixture on top. Crumble two more sleeves of Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
