1 envelope Knox gelatin
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
¼ cup vinegar
1 TBS lemon juice
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 small jar chopped pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top of water. Add sugar, salt and boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add vinegar and lemon juice. Cool in refrigerator.

When mixture begins to set, add remaining ingredients. Turn into mold that has been rinsed in cold water and chill.
