Cauliflower
olive oil
Italian seasoning
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and rinse cauliflower. Toss with olive oil.
Spread on baking pan, then sprinkle liberally with other ingredients.
Bake at 350-400 until desired tenderness. approx. 15 min.
