6 oz. spaghetti, cook and drain
2 eggs slightly beaten
¼ c. parmesan (or more if you like)
1 lb. ground beef
½ onion, chopped
14 oz. spaghetti sauce
11 oz. can corn
1 small bell pepper, any color, chopped or cut into rings (Optional)
1 c. plus 4 oz. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and parmesan. Press into greased deep dish pie plate to form a crust.
Brown beef with onions and drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and corn. Spoon over spaghetti "crust" and top with bell pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
