1 (8 oz) box elbow macaroni, cooked and rinsed
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups (8 oz) finely shredded sharp Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 sleeve of round butter crackers, crushed
1 Tbs. butter, melted

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, (except crackers and butter). Mix well and spoon into a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine crackers and butter; sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
*For a large gathering, double the recipe. Put mixture into a greased crock pot and set it on LOW for a couple of hours.
