Flour
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Salt
Paprika
Cajun Seasoning
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 stick of butter in 9x13 metal baking dish. Put in 400º oven until butter is melted.

Dredge chicken pieces in flour and place skin side down in the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, and cajun seasoning. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up and sprinkle again with all seasonings. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
