3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter flavored crisco
1/2 c. crisco
1 egg white
1/3 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and salt together. Cut crisco into flour mixture (with a fork, 2 knives, or a pastry blender) until crisco appears to be very well mixed in. Add liquid ingredients. Mix together with hands. Generously flour surface to roll crust out on. For unfilled crust place into pie pan. Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Weigh down bottom of crust with dried beans or pie weights. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.

For filled crust follow pie directions.
