2 lbs. sirloin steak cut into 2 inch strips
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 packets brown gravy mix
2 T. worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 c. red wine
1 c. sour cream
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sirloin, sprinkled with salt and pepper, in oil until done. Drain any fat. Add garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Mix together gravy packets, worchestershire sauce, and wine. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add sour cream and heat until hot (do not boil). Serve over buttered noodles.
