1 c. flour
1 stick oleo
½ c. chopped pecans


1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip from large size (12 oz.)

2 small pkgs. chocolate (or any flavor) instant pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo, add flour & nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 pan, Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Cream, cheese, sugar, and 1 cup cool whip. Mix well & spread very carefully by spoonful, then smooth with knife over first layer. Mix instant pudding & milk, blend 2 minutes & pour over second layer.
Spread rest of cool whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill several hours.
