2 pounds ground pork
1 and 1/2 cups fried pork skins, chopped
1 egg
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 slice ginger, minced
2 tablespoons gochujang paste
2 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
Mix ingredients together and roll into equally sized meatballs.
Bake on foil lined pan for about 12 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan and cook on medium heat until bubbly.
Toss meatballs in sauce.
Serve with rice or as an appetizer.
