2 racks baby back pork ribs
1 jar barbecue sauce

Dry Rub:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 T smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tsp cayenne pepper depending on the heat level you like

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 275 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients until combined and set aside

3. Rise pork ribs and pat dry with paper towels.

4. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

5. Spread the dry rub all over the ribs making sure to cover both sides

6. Wrap ribs tightly in foil to prevent steam escaping, and place on baking sheet

7. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until fork tender

8. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them from the foil. Discard the foil and any accumulated juices.

9. Brush your ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce.

10. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees

11. Return ribs to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is caramelized and sticky.

12. Remove and let the ribs rest 5-10 minutes before cutting.

Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

I made these with 1 tsp cayenne pepper. Kait said next time, use 1 1/2 tsp to give a little more kick. I love these ribs because you get the BBQ taste without having to actually cook them on the grill.

Kelly suggested after BBQ sauce has caramelized, brushing again so that there is some "wet" BBQ sauce on the ribs before serving.
