4 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place wings in large bowl and season with sesame oil and sea salt.
Line baking sheet with foil and bake chicken for 50 minutes (turn halfway) until skin is nice and crispy.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime, ginger, garlic and sriracha.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce.
Brush sauce over wings and broil until caramelized.
Remove from oven and transfer wings to serving platter.
Brush remaining 2 tablespoons of sauce over wings and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
