1½ C. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 C. buttermilk
⅓ C. Wesson oil
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Eggs
2 minced jalapeno peppers
1 C. cream style corn

Preheat oven at 425º
Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Bake for 20-25 minutes
