3/4 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. cut dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine mix in a bowl. Beat at a low speed for 2 minutes. Spread in a greased 9x9 pain. Bake at 325º for 50-60 minutes. Cut into squares. Coat with powdered sugar.
