one 16-ounce can chick peas, drain and reserve liquid
2 large cloves garlic, minced
3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons or less Tahini
1 teaspoon salt
several good grinds of fresh pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except reserved chick pea liquid and/or olive oil in a food processor. Slowly add liquid (either the chick pea liquid or some olive oil or a combination) until hummus is the desired consistency.

Serve with pita chips.
