1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy 3 quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, cream, corn syrup, butter, vinegar and salt.
Heat to boiling over high heat.
Stir occasionally.
Reduce heat to simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cover and chill in refrigerator.
Serve over ice cream.
