2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
½ vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream together eggs and sugar. Blend in mashed bananas and rest of ingredients. Pour the batter into a 9 is 5 inch loaf pan. Bake for around 1 hour. Rest bread for 10 minutes then turn out of pan.
