10 eggs (preferably farm fresh
1 jar (26 ounces) Maranatha Almond Butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or frozen fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda

For cinnamon bread:
1/2 cup sucanat
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together well the 10 eggs. Add the almond butter, salt, lemon juice and baking soda. Stir well. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 30 minutes and check. Usually takes 45 minutes.

For Cinnamon Bread:
Mix together the sucanat and cinnamon. Fold into batter just enough to swirl.

Note: The yolk of the egg has both cholesterol and lecithin. The lecithin emulsifies the fat in the yolk.
