1 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. grated Sweet onion (Vidalia or Maui)
juice 1/2 lemon
Salt
Drops of Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in an oven proof baking dish. A deep pie plate works.
Bake @ 325' for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
Broil 2 minutes to brown.

Serve with crackers, pita chips, sliced baguettes.
Great with Frito Scoops.
