1 cup boiling water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs


*Filling*
5 cups cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 small pkgs instant vanilla or french vanilla pudding
one large container Cool Whip
chocolate syrup

Directions:

*Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour. Remove from heat and stir. Let sit to cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time and stir with a fork until creamy. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until golden brown). Pastry will puff up. Before removing from oven, piece puffs with fork.



*Filling*
Mix one cup milk with softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining four cups milk and four instant puddings. Beat with mixer until thickened. Spread over cooled pastry. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Refrigerate.
**Note: If made the night before, wait until morning to put filling over pastry.
