4 large potatoes
1 pound green beans
2 eggs
cheddar and Parmesan cheeses
minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and mix with cooked fresh green beans, add in minced garlic, a couple of whipped eggs, shredded cheese including some Parmesan and cheddar - all mixed together. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes then cut into squares.
