2 cups mozzarella, grated finely
1 tbsp dried jalapeno/chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 box phyllo, thawed
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cheese, chili flakes, pepper, celery salt and paprika. Divide mixture into 18 portions and press each portion into a log shape.
Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with panko. Lay a 2nd sheet on top of the 1st; press dpwn to make it stick. Repeat with the butter and panko. Lay a 3rd sheet on top of the 2nd; press down to make it stick. Brush the top lightly with butter.
Divide the phyllo into 4 equal strips across the width. Place a cheese log at the end closest to you and roll up halfway. Fold in the ends and finish rolling it up all the way.
Bake at 350º F until golden brown and warmed through.
